Proview flat panel Lcd monitor (Model # 2200W) won't start up.?

My Proview flat panel Lcd monitor (Model # 2200W) won't start up. It will attempt to start. Yellow light, then blue almost lights, and back to blinking yellow. The screen stays black. It's not very old, mfd 2/07. What are the possible problems with it?

This seems like Deja Vu to me given I only just replied to someone else about the same model number.

The symptons you are describing could be signs of a failing hardware, but could also be related to video card drivers
