Can I get a special license from Microsoft to sell vista on my custom built computers?

I am starting a business where I build and sell computers. The only problem I'm running into is how to handle the OS... I want to offer my computers at low cost. But the price of Vista makes that hard. How do the big companies do it?? Anyone know anything

I know that most mom and pop style companies actually offer pirated versions of windows because even with the business license, the prices of the computers sold would have to be raised a great deal in order to compensate.
