How can I update the the driver for ATI's Radeon Xpress 200m on Vista?

I've been having problems with it, and want to update, but on the site, I only see the X300 series and up. I've gone through the troubleshooting steps on my computer, and this is one of my last choices.
Help please, you computer savy people?
Go to the site below. Click on Windows Vista either 32 or 64 bit,probably 32, and select integrated motherboard. Scroll down to the Radeon Xpress 200M and click.the 'Go' button. This will bring up the current driver page.
